Evaluate Manpower Request/Job Order from Principal regarding quantity of required workers, salary scheme and job description.
Sourcing of Qualified Candidates

  2. Field Recruitment (Flyers Distribution)
  3. Newspaper Advertisement
Pre-Qualification of Data
(1 to 3 working days)
  1. Check/Verify applicant's documents
  2. Pre-Qualify the applicant's skills and qualification according to employer's standard
  3. Recommend selected candidates for interview
Preliminary Interview
(1 to 3 working days)
  1. Measure candidate's personality and ability to communicate effectively
  2. Prepare list of pre-selected, qualified candidates to be recommended to the Principal for final selection
  3. Preliminary briefing of basic salary and the Terms and Conditions of the employment contract
Trade Test
  1. Determine actual skills and proficiency of applicants
  2. Optional
Final Selection
  1. Advise UNISTAFF of confirmed date of interview by fax or e-mail
  2. Conduct final interview of candidates
  3. Finalize list of approved candidates and sign employment offer
Job Confirmation
Sign Job Confirmation as concurrence and final acceptance to all the Terms and Conditions of the Employment Contract
Medical Examination
Undergo medical examination through POEA's prescribed Medical Clinic
Preliminary Briefing

    Conduct briefing to approved candidates regarding:
  1. Employment,salary, the Terms and Conditions, Orientation and familiarization of the job site.
  2. Documentation Procedure
  3. Visa & Documentation Requirements
Submission of Visa & Documentation Requirements
(2 working days)
Necessary documents are Passport, NBI Clearance, Medical Certificates and Accounting Clearance

Documentation Process

    Receipt of the following accreditation documents from the PRINCIPAL with verified stamp/authentication by the Labor Attache, Philippine Embassy:
  1. Special Power of Attorney
  2. Service Agreement
  3. Jobs Order/Manpower Request
  4. Master Employment Contract
  5. Principal's Valid Commercial registration with English Translation
Accreditation & Manpower Request Approval
(3 to 5 working days)
  1. Submission to POEA for Principal's Accreditation and Manpower Request/Job Order Approval
Visa Stamping with Embassies
(3 working days)
  1. Letter Request for Worker's visa issuance
  2. Passport
  3. Medical Certificate Clearance
  4. NBI Clearance
  5. Visa Certification-directly send to Embassies
  6. Visa application with 2x2 photo
  7. Authenticated School Credentials and Certificate of Employment
Issuance of Workers Overseas Employment Certificate (Travel Exit Pass/OEC) from POEA

  1. Request for Processing (RFP)
  2. OWWA ID Form with 2x2 worker's photo
  3. Worker's Information Sheet

    The following documents are required for the issuance of PTA or plane tickers of workers by the Airlines:
  1. Original copy of worker's OEC and passpost
  2. Authority for UNISTAFF representative to claim PTA ticket or purchase order, if buying plane ticket.
Final Briefing & Accounting Clearance
(1 working day)
  1. Sign pertinent documents required by UNISTAFF and PRINCIPAL
  2. Pregnancy Test (female worker)
  3. Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)
  4. In house pre-departure briefing regarding flight details,review of Terms and Conditions of the employment contract and worker's obligation to their beneficiaries, PRINCIPAL and host country
  5. Advise PRINCIPAL of the confirmed flight details of workers by UNISTAFF
  1. Endorsement Letter
  2. Worker's Departure File (File 201)
  3. Travel Documents
Acknowledgement of Worker's Safe Arrival
Advising of PRINCIPAL to UNISTAFF acknowledging safe arrival of workers.
