I am not receiving an email with a link to access my Unistaff Account. What should I do?

If you are not receiving the email with a link to access your Unistaff Account, you may clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history from your browser and refresh your email inbox. Alternatively, you may also check the “junk” or “spam” folders in your email. If it is there, mark it “safe” and move it to your inbox.


What do I need to do if the link is already expired?

The Unistaff website link provides a 10-minute window for logging in to your Account. In addition, the link can only be clicked once. If the link has expired or you have clicked on the link once before, you will have to visit > click on Applicants > click on Applicant’s Login and enter your email address once more. You will receive another email with a new link.


Do I need to create a new profile for every application?

No. You may log in with the same email address you used when you created your account and then apply under the new position.


What if I forget my login information?

If you have forgotten the email address you used when applying, you will have to register again with a new email address and re-enter your personal information. Alternatively, if you want to change the email address used in your currently active account, you may contact for assistance.


Can I receive an update when there are new job openings?

You can receive an update from the position you have applied for. But if you want to receive general updates on all new job opportunities, you may view them in the Unistaff website or our social media pages


What should I do if I can’t save my edited information?

You can email us at, send your most updated CV, and we will update your account.


Whom should I contact if I have questions, concerns, or technical problems about my account?

You can email us at and we will respond during regular business hours, from Mondays to Saturdays, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm in the Philippines (GMT+8).
