EMPLOYER/UNISTAFF Accreditation of employer in Philippine Overseas Employment Administrtaion (POEA) Receipt of the following documents from the employer, duly attested by the Labor Attache in Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO):
  • Special Power of Attorney
  • Recruitment Service Agreement
  • Jobs Order/Manpower Request
  • Master Employment Contract
  • Principal"s Valid Commercial registration with English Translation
UNISTAFF Accreditation & Manpower Request Approval (POEA process 7 to 10 working days) Submission to POEA for Principal's Accreditation and Manpower Request/Job Order Approval

UNISTAFF Receipt of Manpower Request Evaluate Manpower Request/Job Order from Principal regarding quantity of required Filipino professionals, salary scheme and job description.
UNISTAFF Sourcing of Qualified Candidates

Social Media, Newspaper Advertisement, et al.
UNISTAFF Pre-Qualification of Data 
(1 to 3 working days)
Pre-Qualify the applicant's skills and qualification according to employer's standard
Recommend selected candidates for interview
UNISTAFF Preliminary Interview 
(1 to 3 working days)
Measure candidate's personality and ability to communicate effectively
Prepare list of pre-selected, qualified candidates to be recommended to the Principal for final selection
Preliminary briefing of basic salary and the Terms and Conditions of the employment contract
UNISTAFF & APPLICANT Trade Test (if required) Determine actual skills and proficiency of applicants (Optional)
EMPLOYER Final Selection Advise UNISTAFF of confirmed date of interview by e-mail
Conduct final interview of candidates, personal or via skype
Finalize list of approved candidates and sign employment offer
UNISTAFF & APPLICANT Job Confirmation Sign Job Confirmation as concurrence and final acceptance to all the Terms and Conditions of the Employment Contract
APPLICANT Medical Examination Undergo medical examination through POEA's prescribed Medical Clinic
UNISTAFF & APPLICANT Preliminary Briefing (1 working day) Conduct briefing to approved candidates regarding:
  • Employment,salary, the Terms and Conditions, Orientation and familiarization of the job site.

  • Visa & Documentation Requirements

UNISTAFF Visa Stamping in Embassies

  • Letter Request for Filipino professional's visa issuance

  • Visa application with 2x2 photo
  • Authenticated School Credentials and Certificate of Employment
UNISTAFF Issuance of Workers Overseas Employment Certificate
(Travel Exit Pass/OEC) from POEA (2-3 working days)

  • OWWA ID Form with 2x2 Filipino professional's photo

EMPLOYER Ticketing The following documents are required for the issuance of PTA or plane tickets of Filipino professional by the Airlines, if the ticket is to be purchased in Manila:
  • Original copy of Filipino Professional's OEC and passport
  • If the PTA is provided by the employer, it can be sent by e-mail.
UNISTAFF Final Briefing & Accounting Clearance 
(1 working day)
  • Sign pertinent documents required by UNISTAFF and EMPLOYER
  • Pregnancy Test (female Filipino professional)
  • Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)
  • In house pre-departure briefing regarding flight details,review of Terms and Conditions of the employment contract and Filipino professional's obligation to their beneficiaries, EMPLOYER and host country
  • Advise EMPLOYER of the confirmed flight details of Filipino Professionals by UNISTAFF

PRINCIPAL Acknowledgement of Filipino professional's Safe Arrival Advising of EMPLOYER to UNISTAFF acknowledging safe arrival of Filipino professional.
