Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
Job-Specific Skills:
Proven track record in the areas of engineering/project and business development within district cooling/related organization
Strong knowledge in the District Cooling industry
Ability to identify new business opportunities
Ability to manage customer relationships
Strong knowledge of customer service, communication and marketing leading practices
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop subordinates
