Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT). OR
Entry-level master’s degree(*ELMD) OR Three-year (3) Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program by World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT). OR Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a non-WFOT certified institution/program in Occupational Therapy
*ELMD-It is a completed entry-to-practice degree program in Occupational Therapy with a bachelor’s degree from any other discipline and once completed the ELMD is equivalent to bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience
5 years’ experience as Occupational Therapist for bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program by World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT).
OR
6 years’ experience as Occupational Therapist for Entry level master’s degree or Three-year (3) Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program by World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT).
OR
7 years’ experience as Occupational Therapist for bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a non-WFOT certified institution / program in Occupational Therapy
License to Practice (*DHP) *Department of Healthcare Professions
Valid Primary license from the country of origin (if applicable) AND should be eligible for license from the Licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare Profession.
Specific criteria:
Candidates having clinical experience in Adult Neurology preferably having worked with Oncology which includes Palliative and End of Life Care. Candidate should have working experience with both in and outpatients.
