Job Summary The purpose of this role is to monitor the Respiratory Therapy staff compliance in the assigned facility to attain excellence in cardio-respiratory practice through the development and implementation of educational programs. Ensures common goals regarding cardio-respiratory practice, education, and research are achieved and acts as a clinical mentor, role model, and coach to the Respiratory Therapy staff

6 years clinical experience in the field of Respiratory Therapy out of which 1 year performing supervisory activities.
