The job requires Male applicants.
Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position
Applicants must be 25 to 35 years old.
Additional Qualifications:

Under the direction of Food & Beverage In-Charge.
Provide administrative, operational and secretarial support to the Food & Beverage department as well
as assistance to the In-Charge of the Food and Beverage with the daily operation and coordination of
the department.

 2-5 years job-related experience in multi-unit Food and Beverage or upscale hotel/restaurant.
 Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management
 Other related professional qualifications
 Advance level Education or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
Special Skills:
 Demonstrated competence with Windows based software including Microsoft Office, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel as well as time directs the work of associates.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.
 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
 Arabic language skills would be additional benefit.
 Interview, selects and trains associate.
 Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
 Able to maintain excellent V.I.P guest service skills and presence in the midst of a fast-paced,
changing environment.
 Accurate typing/data entry and editing skills; keen eye for detail.
 Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
 Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
 Ability to understand the department service flow and communicate between the F&B InCharge, and team members.
 Interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with management, vendors
and team members.
