Additional Qualifications:
Candidate with exposure to the process of obtaining Magnet accreditation - Working in magnet facility.
Expert with universities affiliation with academic health sectors – as HMC is working with local universities such as QU and UDST as well as overseas universities and the activities are increasing with specialization and certification plans/programs.
Working with and having the ability to supervise, guide and create a clear career pathway for the Advanced Nursing Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), and Clinical Midwife Specialist (CMS).
