Deployment & Orientation

- NCLEX Passer Bonus $5,000: $1,000 upon arrival in USA and after every 1,000 hours of work (5,000 work term)

$5,000: $2,500 upon arrival in USA & $2,500 at 4,000 hours for NCLEX Passers (5,000 hour work term)
$6,000: $2,500 upon arrival in USA & $2,500 at 6,000 hours for NCLEX-Sponsorship (6,000 hour work term)

Compensation:
- Competitive base pay rate:
NCLEX Passer base rates starting at $30 USD per hour ranging to $40+ hourly
NCLEX Sponsorship base rate starting at $26 USD per hour ranging up to $40+ hourly
- Overtime Paid after 40-hours a week calculated at 1.5 x base pay rate (counts towards work term)
- Differentials: Weekend, Night, Charge/Preceptor, On call, Call back
- Holiday pay incentives
- Transition Pay: Pay begins Monday after arrival in USA through start of work assignment.
Bonuses:
- $5,000 Bonus for those who already have the NCLEX
- NEW! Wellness Bonus of up to $5,000-$6,000 USD ($1 USD bonus per hour for every hour worked. Contract is based on hours.)
