They can rest assured as they embark on their new life and further develop their career as international medical professionals.
#3 No Fees
Similar to the practices at Universal Staffing, Conexus MedStaff also does not ask for any fees or any upfront costs. They do not take any money from OFWs’ pay checks once they arrive in the U.S. This is their promise and commitment to all the international medical professionals as a part of the Conexus MedStaff community.

Conexus MedStaff offers assignments to suit long-term career and life goals. With hospital and long-term care facilities throughout the United States, and facilities of all sizes and specialties, Conexus MedStaff offers a career pathway for everyone, beyond their initial assignment. Through the NCLEX Sponsorship Program, Conexus MedStaff will provide personalized training and support to international nurses as they prepare to take their first NCLEX-RN exam. Conexus MedStaff covers all costs related to the NCLEX process, including a comprehensive NCLEX review program, licensure expenses and travel to and from the testing center. Nurses will receive individual and small group training courses, and review sessions to ensure they receive guidance catered to their specific educational needs. Nurse candidates who complete this NCLEX Sponsorship Program have a 97% pass rate.
NOTE: In the event that a candidate would need to take the NCLEX-RN exam again, the case will be reviewed before a decision is made on another sponsorship.
