19 Years of Partnership, Thousands of U.S. Nursing Dreams Fulfilled: PPS & Unistaff

For 19 remarkable years, Professional Placement Services (PPS) and Universal Staffing Services, Inc. (Unistaff) and have stood together with one shared vision: to open the doors of opportunity for talented and dedicated Filipino nurses to live and work in the United States.
Since 2006, this enduring partnership has been defined by trust, collaboration, and results. They continue to help thousands of nurses turn the dream of a U.S. career into a life-changing reality. It’s a story of perseverance, of overcoming challenges, and of building futures, one nurse at a time.
A Partnership Rooted in Purpose
When PPS and Unistaff first formed their partnership, the goal was clear: connect world-class Filipino healthcare professionals with U.S. hospitals in need of their expertise. For nineteen years, this collaboration has delivered not only job offers, but careers, community impact, and hope for families across the Philippines.
The U.S. healthcare system continues to face a critical shortage of skilled nurses. Filipino nurses, known worldwide for their compassion, resilience, and clinical excellence, have played a vital role in filling that gap. The partnership between PPS and Unistaff has been a strong bridge that made this possible.
