Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Nursing (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of experience (less accepted if currently employed in an approved hospital and specialty)

• Current PRC license

• Current U.S. State License or NCLEX eligibility letter (Canadian NCLEX acceptable)

• Current IELTS (Visa Screen sponsored by employer)

• Recent acute care experience in a hospital with 50+ beds

Benefits:

• Wage: $44.28/hour (Charge Nurse) ≈ $92K/year

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

• Shift Differential: +$2/hour for NOC shifts

• Full U.S. benefits package: Health, vision, dental, life, 401(k), HSA

• First month’s housing covered by PPS

• Paid time off & sick leave

• 3-year full-time contract, with the option to continue
